Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–4 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days
  • Economy (U.S.): 5–8 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, postal service issues, or high demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
